CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE ENGINEERING DESIGN OFFER

We will analyse the project-specific requirements based on our experience and research capabilities and we will deliver to you the engineering design offer with multiple services.

03.

TEST THE COLLABORATION THROUGH THE SOLUTION STUDY

The solution study takes place before the start of the project. With its help you can plan your investment, you will get an analysis of the site and the external facilities and you will discover your needs.

04.

CONCLUDE THE ENGINEERING DESIGN AGREEMENT

Based on the submitted offer, you will be able to choose the best option for you and together we will discuss in detail the milestones and objectives of the engineering design agreement. You will sign the engineering design agreement only after you will have approved the solution study.

05.

OBTAIN THE BUILDING PERMIT

Following the approval of the project by you, we will develop drawings, written and detailed specifications that will be used to obtain the building permit. The timeframe for the issue of the building permit is about 2 months.

06.

START THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE

You will choose the contractor. We will make recommendations based on our knowledge of contractors in the project area, we will review the proposal, we will advise you on this and we will assist you in drafting the contract between the landlord and the contractor.

07.

MAKE THE TURNKEY ACCEPTANCE FREE FROM ANY CARE

While the contractor will physically build the building, we will assist you in ensuring that the building follows the plans and specifications. We will make site visits to monitor the construction process, to review and approve the contractor’s payment requests, and we will inform you of the rhythm and conditions under which the project is progressing.
